Brand Exploring

Discovering your identity

An unique identity (core values) is binding and guiding at the same time. Employees and customers will identify themselves when you name the core values. This creates a connection with the company and with each other. The core values will guide and will work as an inspiration for the entrepreneur. Core values give direction to the selection process and help to make decisions easier. It will also help you to develop campaigns and to sharpen the product/service offering.

What is the approach? 

By doing a Brand Exploring Session, we capture the desired core values and appearance of the company.

The Brand Exploring Session will be a creative and interactive session, where we will work with three different groups of participants:

  • Employees of the company,
  • Customers/relations of the company and
  • Unprejudiced open-minded participants who have no direct interest in the result.

The combination of these participants provides the ability to see the future identity from different perspectives. Because of those different perspectives, we can create a full picture of the future identity.

A condition for the session is to “create” instead of “discuss”.

What will be the result?

The results of the Brand Exploring session will be processed in a digital report. You can also choose to work out the results in a brand book or passport. This can be hand out to customers, relations and employees.

When you choose for a passport or brand book, we supplement the results from the Brand Exploring session with storytelling, mission and vision and a brand pyramid.
